Yukon Construction was awarded the General Contractor bid for the 124 O'Brien Ave mixed use complex. New luxury, nightly rental zoned downtown Whitefish condominium with river and ski resort views. The building includes six residential and two commercial units with elevator and large roof top entertaining patio and lounge. Chic, contemporary-Montana construction with 10 foot ceilings and large windows.
This stunning three-story building was thoughtfully designed to serve both commercial and residential purposes, blending functionality with modern aesthetics. Yukon Construction was proud to provide the full siding package on this project. Our scope of work included the installation of multiple siding styles, with an emphasis on small lap siding—a feature that required a precise, detail-oriented approach to achieve a seamless finish.
Given the tight quarters and challenging access points surrounding the structure, our team had to carefully plan and execute each phase of installation. The Cantera is a modern apartment complex in Whitefish, Montana, designed as part of the Quarry development to blend luxury living with mountain-modern style. Featuring a mix of residences and high-end amenities, the property required an exterior finish that matched its architectural vision and durability needs.

Whitefish Credit Union, Montana’s largest credit union, is building a new branch in south Kalispell. Located at 1825 HWY 93 South, this will be the Credit Union’s second branch in Kalispell. Yukon Construction was awarded the framing job on this 2,681 sq. ft. facility. The building will consist of two teller windows and one drive-up window and a large number of private offices inside.
